The Hetch Hetchy and Wapama Falls Hiking Tour is a tour of Hetch Hetchy, a lesser known part of Yosemite National Park. This tour begins and ends at Evergreen Rd, in Groveland, CA. For more information or to book this hike, click here.
In addition to providing you with natural and geological history, this tour can point out some of the lesser seen ‘gems’ of the park. This is a tour by foot; hiking and walking along the walls of the reservoir to the bridges that span the bottom of the waterfalls. This hike lasts about 8 hours and costs $350.00, per group.
Looking for something different then what is on our regular schedule? Choose this option for a full-day adventure at Hetch Hetchy in Yosemite National Park. Highlights in Hetch Hetchy can include: the O’Shaughnessy Dam, Wapama Falls, and Tueeulala Falls. Of course other prominent geographical features such as Kolana Rock and others will be pointed out during this adventure. Guides carry first aid kits, water purification, toilet paper (for emergencies), sunscreen and bug repellent. Please plan to bring your own lunch, snacks, water bottles, etc. Note: Should weather, fire, and/or delayed seasonal openings affect the chosen itinerary, a different one will be offered. You will be kept in contact through this process.
You will park in one of the parking spots just after you pass the dam. If there is not parking available there, drive back up to the main road and park at the bathrooms before the road descends to the dam.
